By joining Skills4u as a fellow, you can expand your professional network, develop new skills, earn online and gain valuable insights from your fellow peers present in the community.
Fellowship Work
After selection in Skills4u’s 6-month fellowship program, you will have the following tasks or responsibilities:
Content Creation
Fellows can take part in creating online content for Skills4u, such as blogs, videos, and posts, to develop their creativity skills. Each piece of content created by the fellows will be supported by the Skills4u management team. After their approval, it will be published on Skills4u digital channels
Course Promotion
In their community, fellows will promote Skills4u Free/Paid Courses. Depending on the type of paid course, volunteers will receive a commission for each student confirmation, providing them with an online earning opportunity.
Organizing Online Sessions
To build Skills4u community, fellows will organize online sessions on a specific skill based topic, the session will approved by Skills4u management team and it will share on Skills4u social platforms and website.
Digital Content Promotion
In their respective online communities, volunteers will share/promote digital content published on Skills4u's digital channels (social media + website)
Networking with fellow Volunteers
All fellows will professionally participate in networking with their fellow peers through online meetups. They will work together as a team.

Fellows will attend an monthly online meeting where they will connect with other fellows to share, experiences, ideas and opportunities and foster their networking and communication skills
Fellowship Certificate
Fellowship can be a great way to develop new skills, gain experience, and give back to the community. A certificate can serve as a reminder of the impact you had and the skills you gained through your volunteer work. This certificate will be issue to fellows after successfully completing the 6-months fellowship program by meeting the standard criteria.
Developing Professional Skills
Fellowship provides an excellent platform for fellows to develop diverse skills, ranging from leadership and teamwork to communication and problem-solving. Engaging in various tasks and responsibilities fosters personal and professional growth, contributing to a well-rounded skill set.
Earning Opportunity
Fellows will receive an online earning opportunity through a commission for each student confirmation, depending on the type of paid course.
Volunteer of the Month Award
Every month we will be issuing fellow of the month award (certificate) to the 2 most active and committed fellows, decided by Skills4u team and volunteer community through voting.
