The fellowship program enhances leadership among international professions who collaborate during 10 to 12 months program to addresses local and global challenges. The Humphrey Fellowship consists academic course work which is a non-degree graduate program in the United States. initiative by the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan.

Following are the Fellowship Requirements
16 years of formal education.
At least 5 years of relevant field experience and only.
Applicants must have high level of command of English speaking and writing.
Pakistan citizenship holders can apply or have a spouse, child, parents, or fiancé who is US national are ineligible to apply.
The fellowship organization employees or the US Department of State are also ineligible to apply.
